Transformation CPR and Foodbank

CPR stands for Camborne, Pool and Redruth. It is a registered charity organised and run by local churches overseeing and developing social care projects in the Camborne, Pool and Redruth area in partnership with other agencies. It is based at Centenary Methodist Church.
Transformation CPR is growing at a time when other support services are reducing or losing their funding completely. We are finding increasingly that people in need have limited places to go for help, and recognise that while we are helping to feed hungry people, we are not addressing the issues that have led them to this situation.
CPR Foodbank is our biggest project. The need for Foodbank has increased tremendously in the last 18 months and this figure is set to keep rising not only in Cornwall but nationally. We are providing between 8000 and 10,000 meals every month to people who cannot afford to feed themselves and their families.
